SCCU MEMBERS’ WATCHDOG RATINGS
Watchdog Ratings are the Voice of Our Members.
Only members who have used a product or service are surveyed for their feedback. This is important, because it means that, unlike most other rating systems, management cannot seed surveys with glowing reviews and high scores. This ensures that you get real information from your fellow members that can help you make decisions.
What you see displayed is the raw feedback provided by users of the credit union for users of the credit union in all of its candor and brutal honesty. Most other rating systems are afraid to display the true voice of the customers/members.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Internet is its ability bring things out in the open. We are willing to open our products and services for your review and commentary, because we are a true member-owned cooperative, and we exist solely to serve our member–owners in the way they want to be served.
The Watchdog Label.
When you see the watchdog label, it indicates that the average rating response for the question “Would you recommend this product/service to other SCCU members” is 4.75 or greater. Our operating focus becomes very simple with this philosophy: Maintain the Watchdog Label as much as possible.
This means that products or services not receiving the Watchdog Label will be evaluated for potential improvements or may be removed from our offerings completely if they are not serving the needs of our members.
Ratings and Comments Displayed on SCCU.com.
Products and services that receive a rating of 4.75 or above earn the “Watchdog” label. As we expand this rating system, look for a Watchdog symbol to be displayed with the products and services that have earned this high level of member approval.
The member feedback gathered in these surveys allows SCCU employees to easily identify what our members value and approve, and also allows us to make needed improvements based directly on what a significant number of members have told us.

Over the coming months, additional ratings will be gathered and displayed on SCCU.com.Summary pages showing all the products and services that have earned the Watchdog label will be added.Ultimately, an updated web site will feature these expanded ratings, and will also provided additional information, advice and self-help that will increase the value provided by your membership in Space Coast Credit Union.
Ensure that Your Voice is Heard.
Please provide us with your email address (and be sure to update us if it changes!). Email is the fastest and most cost–effective way of conducting surveys, allowing SCCU to gather this valuable information while keeping operating costs low (which keeps returns to members high!). The majority of our surveys are conducted by email, so if your email address is not on file, you're missing out!

- In addition to our published surveys, we may also conduct surveys via phone, email, and mail to help us improve services. The results of these surveys are not published, but are used to help strengthen the offerings and procedures at SCCU. Please help us by participating! For example, after using our call center, you may be asked to stay on the line for a survey. Rest assured that the survey is brief, and that the information gathered is carefully reviewed to allow us to improve our service to members.
