Automatic Payments
For any SCCU loan, you may choose to have your monthly payment transferred automatically from one of your SCCU deposit accounts on the due date.
When applying for your loan, your Express Associate or 1st Mortgage Processor will discuss automated payment options.
Your payment option can always be changed by visiting any SCCU branch or calling the Member Service Center.
Credit Cards:
You have the choice of paying the minimum payment due or the full balance due every month.
SMART TIP: Even if you prefer to control the date you make your payment and do not wish to set up an automatic payment for the full balance due, an automatic payment for the minimum payment will ensure that you never miss a due date an incur a late payment!
Auto loans:
Note: Automatic payments are the default payment method for vehicle loans.
If you opened your loan with Express Services, you chose your payment method at the time you opened your account. Your loan account is set up so that the amount of the monthly payment is transferred from your SCCU checking or savings account on the due date, depending on your choice. If you would like to pay from a different account type, please contact the Member Service Center by phone or via secure email within Online Banking.
If you obtained your SCCU auto loan at a dealership, your payment is scheduled to come from your share savings account. If you would prefer to have your payment transferred from your checking account, please contact the Member Service Center by phone or via secure email within Online Banking.
