Accessing Your SCCU Accounts After October 1, 2012

Jacksonville Area Members Retained by SCCU:

While we have communicated with you to tell you that your membership will remain with SCCU, your access to branch services will change as SCCU will no longer have branches in the area after the spin-off with Alive Credit Union is complete. The information below will assist you in accessing your accounts.

Lobby Access:

To find a Shared Service Center, please visit SCCU.com/locations and select “Shared Service Centers” from the menu. You can also call our Member Service Center and an Associate will assist you in finding a convenient location.

For all other SCCU interactions:

It will be business as usual:

  • You can continue to use your SCCU checks as before.
  • Credit and debit cards will function as before.
  • Your cards can be used at ATMs displaying the Visa® or Accel/Exchange logos.

The Member Service Center will continue to be available to you as before.

REMINDER: The letter sent in August informing you that your membership would stay with Space Coast Credit Union was based on your account status as of July 31, 2012. The specific account conditions that were causing SCCU to retain your membership were noted in that letter. As stated in that letter, if your account relationship with SCCU changes in a manner that removes the conditions that are causing your retention prior to the day in September when we prepare the final list of members who will move to Alive Credit Union, your membership and accounts will move. If this occurs, Alive Credit Union will provide you with the information and items you need to continue accessing your accounts after the spin-off is completed on October 1, 2012.
