Important Information for Our Jacksonville Area Members
The spin-off of the Jacksonville area membership and branches to Alive Credit Union will take place on Sunday, September 30.
Members NOT transitioning to Alive Credit Union:
For all SCCU members, Online Banking will be unavailable for a slightly longer period of time than during a normal month end September 30 – October 1. The actual time will be posted when available. You should not experience any other service interruptions.
Jacksonville area members transitioning to Alive Credit Union:
ATM Access:
The SCCU ATM in the Jacksonville area will not be available from approximately 8am until 12:30pm on Friday, September 28. When it is again operational, the ATM will be owned and operated by Alive Credit Union.
Branch Access:
The Atlantic and Baymeadows branches will close earlier than normal on Friday, September 28 due to the spin-off. Both lobbies and drive-thrus will close at 5pm on September 28. They will be owned and operated by Alive Credit Union when they open for business on Monday, October 1.
Online Banking Access:
Beginning the morning of September 30, you will no longer have access to SCCU's Online Banking system. The actual time will be posted when available.
E-Statement Members:
A copy of your September statement will be mailed to you, even if you normally get an e-Statement only.
Statements:
Your SCCU statements for August 2012 and prior will be available from Alive Credit Union by October 1, 2012. The September statements will be made available to Alive Credit Union shortly after. Statement copies may be requested at any Alive Credit Union branch or by calling their Member Services team.
Online Payments:
All bill payees, scheduled payments, and transfers will be moved over to Alive Credit Union’s site during the spin-off weekend. Beginning the morning of June 30, you will no longer have access to SCCU's Bill Payer system. Bill Payer, External Transfer, and Popmoney payments with payment dates through September 28 will be processed by SCCU as scheduled. Any pending payments scheduled to pay after September 28 using SCCU’s Bill Payer suite of services will be cancelled. Payments that should process after September 28 will need to be set up within Alive Credit Union’s system after the spin-off is complete.
