Inspection services offered are: Full home inspections (prescreen for Chinese Drywall at no additional cost with every full home inspection). Additional services offered are 4 point, wind mitigation, roof inspection, third party WDO (termite inspections), and pre-seller inspection for home owners who plan to sell their homes in the near future. After we conduct a pre-seller inspection, we post a sign in the front yard of the house showing potential buyers that the house has been pre-inspected, leaving 15 copies of the report on site so customers can read it, then the report is made available to the public on a website if the client desires.
Inspection reports are customized for each location and are uploaded to a secure website where the customer will be given access within 24-48 hours.
